Common Questions

What do the condition grades mean?

We perform a comprehensive condition assessment before grading every device:

  • NEW: Brand new, sealed in original box.
  • Grade A+: Barely used, near-new condition.
  • Grade A: Mint condition, no visible wear.
  • Grade B: Minor visible scratches, fully functional.
  • Grade C: Noticeable wear, fully functional.
About to pay — how do I receive my device?

We are a tech retail company with physical stores. We do not offer delivery due to fraud risks, but we support online payment and in-store pickup.

Once you pay and reserve, the selected branch is notified to hold the device for you. Simply bring proof of your order to collect it at any time.
